Kev’s Class operates on a consistent monthly fee model, meaning your membership cost remains predictable regardless of closures or cancellations. Cancellations will not result in a deduction from your invoice, but we’ll ensure you’re supported with flexible options. Your membership includes two flexible cancellation weeks per year, which you can use to take a break from sessions (this is built in to your membership fee). Any cancellations beyond these two weeks will be credited as make-up sessions, which can be booked at a later date.

Session Cancellation Policy:

Individual session cancellations must be submitted with at least 72 hours' notice.

For multiple sessions, cancellations must be submitted with at least two weeks' notice.

Cancellations made outside these notice periods will not qualify for a flexible week or make-up credit, and the session will be considered lost.
